My top audience feedback I got from my mock up designs was:
- Top make sure I put on my barcode on my cover as it will be need to be scanned when brought by my customers.
- To have sensible titles that are related to my article as it’s a music magazine it needs to be related to music.
- To use a image that contrasts with the background of the front cover.
- Add some other pictures of other artists so that it looks likes the magazine contains more contents.
- Make my front cover stand out by using bolder texts and make sure the colours on the image contrast with the background.
- Have the artist on the front cover facing the audience as it draws attention to the magazine.
- Make sure the font fits the genre of music that I am creating.
How I took the audience feedback:
- I have now made sure to put a barcode on my first drafts as this is really important.
- I now have got a sensible title that relates to the article I wrote, this is the most important thing as it stops the confusion of the reader.
- On my first drafts I have made sure on my cover page that the picture contrasts with the background as this will make my cover page stand out.
